The Library
For the library I was in England, on a Dolls House Holliday by Peter Alden, that was a great time, a whole week just working on a room. I decided to make a library. We were with 5 ladies, 2 were making a room, 1 a small house, 1 a very large house and 1 lady even a house in the size 1:24, that became very nice, and an idea for the future. For the library I already made at home 140 books. Books you can open, so no books made from wood, books with really nice paper and in
some of the little books friends of my wrote a little something. In the workshop you learn to work with machines, to make furniture, to work with all kind of tools and to make all the things you need for a room. It was a great time, my husband was on a caravan park just 15 km away, and was dining with us every night, and was on the day driving around and looking for old trains and railway stations, because that is his hobby. On the second floor of our house he has his trains, so we both have a “small” hobby.
From the workshop I have learned a lot, en the room has become very nice. Just have a look on the photo page.
